This section describes how we collect, use and share your Personal Information in operating our business and your rights with respect to that Personal Information. For purposes of this section, "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") but does not include information exempted from the scope of the CCPA.
You have the rights listed below. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases we may decline your request as permitted by law.
You may exercise your privacy rights described above as follows:
Right to information, access and deletion. You can request to exercise your information, access and deletion rights by calling us at +1-714-941-8006 or emailing contact@anpfaculty.com.
We will need to confirm your identity to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. As part of this process, government identification may be required. Additionally, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester's valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent's valid government issued identification.
We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it. We strive to respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request. As stated above, we may deny your request as permitted by law. If we do deny your request, we will provide you with the reason for doing so.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents who have provided personal information to us or our third-party advertisers and marketing partners, if any, to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Requests should be submitted via email to contact@anpfaculty.com.
Within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, if any, along with the names and addresses of these third parties, if any. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the requirements of Section 1798.83 and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
